I am a product‑minded UX designer, aspiring PM, and motorsport‑obsessed problem solver.
Hey, I’m Madhumitha - a designer and product thinker based in Seattle who turns ambiguous, complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences. At PLAYER, I worked across product and UX to interview UK players and stakeholders, translate their needs into roadmap priorities, and prototype improvements for a soccer recruiting platform. Previously, I designed AI‑powered Slack experiences at Lukka, and co‑founded BeSync, an integrated wellness platform where I led 30+ user interviews and defined the product vision and MVP journeys.
Right now, I’m pursuing an M.S. in Information Management at the University of Washington, specializing in Product Management and UX Design. My focus is on connecting research, design, and strategy - writing clear requirements, mapping journeys, and then crafting interfaces that feel simple even when the systems underneath are anything but.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me watching Formula 1 racing, exploring new cafés, and plotting my return to flying small planes.

Designing thoughtful products that make complex problems feel simple.
How I like to work:
How I make decisions
Curiosity, ownership, and empathy shape how problems are approached and solved. That means asking questions to understand the problem, taking responsibility for the outcome, and treating users and the team with respect, even when timelines are tight.
Problems I'm drawn to
Most excited when working on complex, system‑level challenges where product, UX, and AI intersect; especially tools that fit into workflows and easily reduce friction for people using them.
A moment that changed my path
Co‑founding BeSync and talking to 30+ people about their physical, mental, and social wellness, then turning those conversations into a product vision, roadmap, and end‑to‑end MVP journeys showed how research, strategy, and design can come together in one place.
What you can count on
Expect structured thinking, clear documentation, and a habit of owning work from discovery to specs, prototypes, and iteration; along with thoughtful collaboration, openness to feedback, and a focus on shipping useful, high‑quality experiences.
